2015 BTCC Calendar released

The 2015 Dunlop MSA British Touring Car Championship calendar has today been unveiled, with an unchanged line-up of venues.

Ten venues will host three races each race weekend, culminating in a 30 encounter season, once again to be broadcast extensively on ITV.

Brands Hatch will provide the setting for the season opener around the Indy configuration, whilst the Grand Prix layout will be used for the series finale.

The only change in terms of the circuits used is at Oulton Park, where the series will revert back to using the Island layout after coming under fire for the introduction of the International circuit earlier this year.

Tuesday 24th March has been penciled in for the official Media Day to take place at Donington Park. The season launch will also include the only official pre-season test for all teams as well.

Rounds 4, 5 & 6 – Donington Park : 18/19 April

Rounds 7, 8 & 9 – Thruxton : 9/10 May

Rounds 10, 11 & 12 – Oulton Park Island : 6/7 June

Rounds 13, 14 & 15 – Croft : 27/28 June

Rounds 16, 17 & 18 – Snetterton 300 : 8/9 August

Rounds 19, 20 & 21 – Knockhill : 22/23 August

Rounds 22, 23 & 24 – Rockingham : 5/6 September

Rounds 25, 26 & 27 – Silverstone National : 26/27 September

Rounds 28, 29 & 30 – Brands Hatch GP : 10/11 October
