GORDON SHEDDEN MOVES TO WTCR

Three-time Dunlop MSA British Touring Car Champion Gordon Shedden has confirmed that he will compete in WTCR in 2018, driving for Team WRT.

Partnering Jean-Karl Vernay to drive an Audi RS 3 LMS in the series, the Scotsman will bid to add a world title to his illustrious racing CV.

Shedden sent shockwaves through the BTCC last month when he confirmed that he would be parting ways with Team Dynamics and Honda, leaving the championship in the process.

Since then Halfords Yuasa Racing have confirmed that Dan Cammish will graduate from the Porsche Carrera Cup GB to replace Shedden alongside fellow triple champion Matt Neal.
