Formula Ford To Return To TOCA Package From 2013

Single seater racing will be back on the BTCC support bill full time from 2013, with todays news that the Formula Ford series will be on the package from the start of next season.
The news brings a welcome addition to the package, with a void having been left during 2012 with the cancellation of the Formula Renault UK series after a lack of entries. The Formula Ford Championship will race at all ten of the 2013 British Touring Car Championship meetings.
“I am delighted to have Formula Ford back supporting the BTCC,” said BTCC Series Director, Alan Gow. “For many seasons Formula Ford provided some of the best support event racing we have ever seen and I have no doubt that we will see many more of those gloriously competitive races driven by some future F1 stars.”
