James Nash will be looking to break his duck as he embarks on the North Yorkshire, Croft Circuit this weekend for round five of the Dunlop MSA British Touring Car Championship.

Despite sitting fourth in the drivers championship the 25-year-old has yet to win a race this season after a multitude of podium finishes in his Triple Eight Racing prepared Vauxhall Vectra but Nash believes that his time has come to grace the top step of the podium and will look to do so this weekend.

“There is usually a good crowd at Croft and I’d love to give them something to cheer about,” said James.

“Hopefully, the team and I can find a bit more performance, but irrespective we’ve just got to keep pushing. I am though feeling confident and very much looking forward to the weekend.”

James Nash has been one of the most consistent drivers in the championship this season, scoring points in all but one of the 12 races so far this season which sees him top the Independent drivers championship ahead of nearest rival, Mat Jackson.
