Over a month ago it was announced that Team Aon would be entering a third chassis for the Snetterton round of the British Touring Car Championship in a couple of weeks time and the test today at Snetterton would have been an ideal chance for the team and the driver to get some valuable testing but it wasn’t to be.
Team Aon are here in force and have been setting some fast laptimes in their LPG-powered Ford Focus but only the two Tom’s in Tom Chilton and Tom Onslow-Cole are in attendance today.
There’s still time for a third driver to be announced but it’s looking unlikely for that to happen.
