Rob Collard has enjoyed the two seasons which he has spent at Motorbase Performance and is very much keen on making that three and sign for the team for the 2010 season.

“Over the past two years Motorbase have been going forward, and I think that can continue in 2010,” said Collard speaking to the Autosport Magazine. “Driving a BMW will give me the best opportunity to continue that progression and have a good shot at finishing in the top three in the championship.”

Dave Bartrum has been testing numerous drivers in pre-season with the likes of Tim Bridgeman, Steven Kane, Alex MacDowell and Ben Collins all having a drive in the Motorbase BMW. The team are also yet to announce a sponsor for 2010 after Airwaves took the decision to pull out of all motorsport after the end of 2009.
