Plato and Neal Yet to Sign

Plato and Neal Yet to Sign

Matt Neal and Jason Plato today revealed that they were both yet to sign for a team running in the BTCC for 2010. This news comes a day after Colin Turkington announced that he is also yet to sign a deal leaving three of the top names currently sitting on the sidelines unless a deal can be done.

Matt Neal spoke to Radio Le Mans at todays Autosport International Show after the Charity Kart Race and said “The target at the minute is to drive for Team Dynamics, but it is all up in the air, so it’s a case of slotting all the blocks into place.”

Jason Plato also spoke out whilst on the Dunlop stand today about how he hasn’t done a deal with any team but would like to stay with RML. “If I can pull together a deal to make it happen, I’d like to think chances of staying where I am now are very high. Nevertheless, the cold hard facts are that the right numbers need to be in right boxes.” He also added, “I love to go racing, but I’ve got bills to pay the same as anyone else. The team has to operate on a proper budget.”
