On the back of the news that the current Clio Cup champion, Phil Glew, is testing for the BTCC comes the news that Lea Wood, who has also competed in the Clio Cup , has secured a deal to drive a 2005 spec Honda Integra for 2010. The ex-Gareth Howell Integra will be run by his family with his brother running the car alongside Dave Longhurst who will be Team Boss.

In 2009 there were three Honda Integra’s entered in the BTCC so the car certainly has the pedigree and capability to compete at the highest level. Paul O’Neil managed a 3rd place last season at Snetterton aswell as scoring points in 11 consecutive races.
